Accounts, tax and filing in one place
Limited companies must file statutory accounts with Companies House and a Company Tax Return with HMRC every year, and pay any corporation tax on time. We prepare your accounts from your records, calculate your corporation tax, file everything and keep the deadlines on our radar.
We also look for legitimate ways to reduce your tax bill, such as claiming all allowable expenses and capital allowances, and getting the balance between salary and dividends right. Want ongoing help? Pair this with our bookkeeping and VAT returns, or see our limited company accounting page.

Questions we get asked
When are company accounts due?
Accounts are due at Companies House nine months after your financial year end. The Company Tax Return is due 12 months after year end, but any corporation tax is generally due nine months and one day after the year end.
Do dormant companies need to file accounts?
Yes. A dormant company still has to file accounts and a confirmation statement, although the work is much simpler.
Can you take over from my previous accountant?
Yes. We handle the handover, request the information we need and pick up where they left off.
What if I have missed a filing deadline?
Companies House and HMRC charge penalties for late filing. Tell us as soon as you can and we will get you back up to date.
